The Department of Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering was established in the year 2007. The Department offers Bachelor's Degree programme (B.E.) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (Accredited by NBA) and Master's Degree programme (M.E.) in Control Systems.The M.E programme was started in the year 1971. The department caters to the ever challenging needs of technical excellence in all areas of Instrumentation and Control Engineering. With a prefect blend of industrial exposure, coupled with good technical base, our students make their presence felt in various technological domains in all the top-level industries. The infrastructure and laboratory facilities are upgraded from time to time and provide adequate opportunities for students and researchers to learn and innovate.
The Department wishes to be a preferred partner to the industry and community with the contribution towards economic and social development by providing high quality man power, through excellence in teaching, research and consultancy.
The Department aims to prepare students for productive careers in the discipline of Instrumentation and Control and hence to produce graduates who accept responsibilities in their profession, community and global society.
